When you send a project brief we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, location, project type, budget band, timeline and your description of the project. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we also receive the details you send. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to plan and deliver projects you ask us for, and to improve this website. We do not sell your information.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. If you accept, we may also use light analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can choose “Essential only” in the cookie notice at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example our hosting provider and email service), and where the law requires it.
